Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service & MAX Information
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Oregon Convention Center and the hotels listed under the Routes on this page. Some hotels will be required to use the Max Rail to the Oregon Convention Center.
The hotels on Routes 3, 4 & 5 are a good distance from the Convention Center and will require busy interstate travel at peak hours. It is strongly suggested that you leave early for the Convention Center. Route 1 will have limited service due to close proximity to Max rail.

Opening Ceremony Service
6:30pm - Close of Session: Service to/from hotels and the Oregon Convention Center for Grand Lodge Opening Session. The session will begin at 8:00pm. Lights are dimmed at 7:55pm.

Exalted Rulers Ball Service
7:30pm –12:30am: Service to/from hotels and the Oregon Convention Center for the Exalted Rulers Ball. Shuttle Service will start at 7:30pm. Last bus will leave the convention center at 12:30am. The Exalted Rulers Ball starts at 8:00pm in the Portland Ballroom at the Oregon Convention Center.
