The Michigan Elks Association assists handicapped children under the age of 18. The Major Project provides facilitating services essential to treatment such as special examinations, therapy and special prescriptions. The Major Project also sponsors attendance at Speech Camps, Diabetic Camps, and Special Therapy Camps.
