The PA Elks Home Service Program is an in-home nursing care management service by Registered Nurses, offered to persons who have developmental disabilities, such as (but no limited to) cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, speech, hearing and visual disorders, and mental retardation.
