1994-95 Getty Powell Winner’s 3-point Buzzer Beater Wins the Game!

In April 1995, competing in the 8-9 boys division, Ty Rogers won the distinguished Getty Powell award by sinking 25 of 25 free-throws at the national Hoop Shoot finals. 13 years later, he found himself the hero once again! With an incredible long-range 3-pointer, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers beat the Drake Bulldogs to advance to the second-round of the NCAA tournament.
