Three big events on “Lucky” Friday the 13th
Three big events will be taking place on Friday, Nov. 13 at the Skowhegan-Madison Elks Lodge. A Texas Hold 'Em tournament gets underway at 6:30 p.m. with a $55 entrance fee and 75 percent cash payback. You can sign-up between 5 and 6:30 p.m. All guests must be signed in by a Lodge member. All proceeds from our Texas Hold 'Em tournaments go toward youth scholarships. The Past Exalted Ruler's Association will also host a turkey raffle that evening with several chances to take home a "big bird" for Thanksgiving. Plus, Roy Bolton's famous chicken dinners will be served throughout the evening.
