Lodge 1625 Dictionary Program
Ray Pompey, PER and Jerry Mundell did it again this month. They personally delivered and handed out to our 3rd graders 1,851 Dictionaries and 1,851 drug related Book Markers. Ray, during his presentation explained the uses of the dictionaries and what can be found in them. Jerry explained to all the students why illegal drugs are harmful, including use of cigarettes.
The School Principals and third grade teachers were very appreciative of the efforts of the Elks and what they have done for the kids over the past four years since the Dictionary Program started.
