I have a black/white post card of Elks Club, San Antonio, Tx, 1949, w/o postal date, with 2c stamp.Statement on card: "The Finest All-Fraternal Building in the State of Texas". A statue stands on the right side in front yard, Building has eight floors. Back of PC,"This Lodge was instituted on June 14, 1892 as No 216 of the Benevolent and Protectie Order of Elks of the US. Winter has just about left our neck of the woods, and the geese are heading back to the north country. Its warming up and maple sap is starting to run. Can’t wait to have some fresh New York State maple syrup!
