Winter has just about left our neck of the woods, and the geese are heading back to the north country. Its warming up and maple sap is starting to run. Can’t wait to have some fresh New York State maple syrup!

Hey ya'll its me again, well im back in Tikrit, left Babylon on the 4th and arrived late evening on the 5th. ran into a little trouble on the way which delayed us a bit. I received the 3 packages you sent thank you very much. The guys dove into the snackpacks. They loved them and send their thanks as well. I dont know if my mom told you or gave you the pic yet but im carrying a flag with me everywhere i go to give to the lodge as a thank you for all your doing for us over here. hope to see ya'll soon

greetings ya'll from Babylon Iraq. Things are still pretty rough here. I should be headed back to Tikrit around the 1st of August. I want to thank each and everyone of you for the support by sending me some care packages for me and my guys. Hope to see ya'll when i get my R&R leave sometime in October. Dont know the dates yet but ill let my mom know as soon as i found out.
