TENNESSEE ELKS: “MAKE IT HAPPEN”
So much is done across Tennessee and this great land by the members of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, truly the “Best People On Earth.” By promoting our Grand Lodge programs and those of our State Major Projects, we provide so much to in our respective communities. From Mobile Dental Clinics, Youth Camps, Nursing Scholarships, Food Banks, Veteran’s Programs, Boy and Girl Scouts, and so much more. With all of publicity about a weak economy, higher cost of education, unemployment, drug problems, and such, the door of oppurnitunty is opened for every Lodge. The good deeds that we do would not be carried if it were not for the dedication of nearly one-million Elks. Let us all rededicate our commitment to our respective Lodges and ASK someone to join us in our efforts. The easiest duty that we have as a member of the Order is to ASK a co-worker, neighbor, friend, family member, or community leader to join your Lodge. With your help, we can continue to serve our communities. The good that we do is done because the Elks “Make it Happen.”
