The Lodge voted to donate $2,500 from our Charity Account to Pasadena Lodge #672.
Pasadena Elks Lodge #672 is working tirelessly from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm every day to provide meals for those affected by the fires in Los Angeles. The estimated cost to the Lodge is over $1,200 per day, and this effort is expected to continue for at least 4-6 more weeks. The members and staff are not only serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner; their ballroom has turned into a makeshift store. They have had product donations from large retail outlets, local stores, and members. In addition, they are funding additional supplies as needed. They are supplying toiletries, shoes, clothes, jackets, undergarments, phone chargers, flashlights, batteries, and anything that anyone who comes to their doorstep could need. Lodge Members and the general public, no one in need is turned away.
