Each Year the Eatontown ELKS LODGE has a BOARD of OFFICERS that is guided by a LODGE PRESIDENT known as an EXALTED RULER. He or she is the CEO of the Lodge for a term of one year that begins on April 1st running through March 31st each year, as this is the "Elk Fiscal Year".
When that year term has ended this CEO is now a PAST EXALTED RULER (PER) of a Lodge. The PER Association is an Advisory Committee of these PAST LODGE PRESIDENT's, who remain as Advisors for the Lodge for life.
Richard Brand has served as the ER for Elks year 2022 – 2023.
