Lodge Donates to Harry-Anna Trust and Receives Grant from FSEA President
The Florida State Elks Association (FSEA) President's visitation dinner in the Southeast Central District was held at the Port St. Lucie Lodge on Sept 7, 2024. Vero Beach Lodge Exalted Ruler Jack Houlihan, PDDGER, presented Florida State President, Russ Smith, with a donation on behalf of our Lodge. Our donation in the amount of $2,000.00, was earmarked for the Harry-Anna Trust Fund.
The Vero Beach Elks Lodge completed the designated application to be considered by FSEA President, Russ Smith, for the prestigious Southeast Central District, State Presidents Grant. The Grant is awarded based on the lodge's community, children’s, veterans and charity endeavors for the previous year. At the visitation dinner on Sept 7, 2024, we were proud to be awarded 2nd place with a monitory award of $600.00 to continue our charity projects.
