The Chicago Elks Scholar Service Trip took place May 20-24, 2024 and was a huge success! Fourteen scholars from around the nation traveled to Chicago to serve with diverse organizations, explore the city, and connect with fellow scholars! Scholars sorted through donations at Cradles to Crayons that will help to address youth clothing insecurity, prepared soil beds with compost at Urban Growers Collective to provide fresh produce to the community, and picked up litter in Lincoln Park. It was amazing to host these students in our hometown of Chicago!
